ミラー加工された木彫である本作は、アジアに見られる三足烏の神秘性と三巴紋の力強い象徴性、ヨーロッパに見られる三足巴（Triskelion）を融合した表現です。東西の文化に見られる三足のモチーフをデジタルと物質の境界で昇華し、太陽の生命力をインフィニティミラーにて無限反射の中に見出しました。木彫の銀彫刻は、西洋と東洋、過去と未来、天と地を繋ぎ、視覚的調和とテクノロジカルな革新を象ります。本施設 blue-ing!の目指す、変容する計算機自然の中で新たな交子を見出し、古来からの伝統と未来指向の技術が織りなす物語を志向しています。
This sculpture, engraved on mirrored wood, embodies the mystique of the three-legged crow found in Asia, the strength of the Triskele symbol, and the European Triskelion. By melding these trilateral motifs present in both Eastern and Western cultures, it transcends the barriers between digital and material realms. Within an infinity mirror, this work captures the vivacity of the sun, endlessly reflecting a life force. Silver carvings intertwine past and future, as well as heaven and earth, presenting a vision of visual harmony and technological innovation. It represents the evolving digital nature ambition of the “blue-ing!” facility, seeking a new synergy within the ever-changing computational natural world, and aiming to weave a narrative that marries ancient wisdom with forward-looking technology.
