江戸の宗教的空間を探究するうちに，千葉県の佐倉市に檜物町で使っていた祭屋台が現存すると聞いた．佐倉市肴町の人々に協力いただいて竹生島龍神の能面を撮った．裏に出目洞水と書かれている．へび・うなぎ・龍神，奇妙な縁が繋がっている．
Exploring the religious spaces of Edo, I heard that a festival float once used in Himonochō still exists in Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture. With the cooperation of the people of Sakanamachi in Sakura City, I photographed the Noh mask of the Chikubushima Dragon God. On the back, it's inscribed with "Deme Dōsui". Snakes, eels, and dragon gods - strange connections intertwine.
